“I’ve just been for an ultrasound in the Devon Diagnostic Centre and would like to pass on my thanks and let you know how brilliant everyone was. From the smiling, lovely lady volunteering in the car park and the friendly receptionist to the patient, helpful clinician who showed me where to wait (excuse my brain fog!) and the wonderful women doing the radiography who introduced themselves and put me at ease through the scan. The beautiful nature artwork was also great to see on the walls.
Years’ ago I worked at West Mid Hospital in London and have a little insight into the hard work and dedication of staff and volunteers in the NHS. Luckily I haven’t needed to use many services for myself but am just so impressed by the experience today.”- Lou
