Our ophthalmologists, specialist nurses, eye health care professionals and ophthalmic technicians run a high volume cataract and diagnostic hub for glaucoma and medical retina.

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s Eastern Rheumatology department has relocated to the Nightingale.

Outpatients

The Buttercup Outpatient Unit opened in June 2024 and provides state-of-the-art technology, innovative approaches and additional capacity to transform and improve care for patients across Devon.
